Intra-arrest PCI

60 year old lady presenting with dyspnea in the resuscitation room. Her ECG shows an anterior STEMI. Just as we are activating PCI, she goes into cardiac arrest- initially VF, followed by PEA and then VF and then PEA.

Would we consider PCI while CPR is ongoing?
